| Preparation | A synthesis method of L-glycine methyl ester salt product, which comprises the following steps: 1) Add a certain weight of L-glycine into methanol and stir evenly, and slowly add concentrated sulfuric acid under normal temperature conditions; 2) After the concentrated sulfuric acid is added, the obtained solution is heated, refluxed and cooled; 3) The obtained L-glycine methyl sulfate methanol solution is concentrated to be evaporated without methanol to obtain L-glycine methyl sulfate concentrated solution; 4) The concentrated solution is cooled to 20-23 ℃, purified water is added to prepare L-glycine methyl sulfate aqueous solution, and the pH of the aqueous solution is adjusted to 0-5 with ammonia water, it was stored at 0~15 ℃. |
